Maintenance Technician
Sparks Group has partnered with a manufacturing company and together we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant process equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
Comply with all safety requirements resulting in zero safety violations, including participation in safety talks, audits, and observations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Perform changeovers, disassemble and assemble machinery
Follow standard operating and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for all assigned tasks
Interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, operation manuals, and engineering specifications
Install, adjust, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical, and conveying systems
Inspect and replace hoses, valves, pumps, and related components
Weld and fabricate parts and machinery as required
Review and maintain electronic work orders, timekeeping, and parts inventory system
Maintain records of maintenance repair actions and analyze data retrieved
Maintain inventory of parts and equipment; anticipate needed supplies
Instruct proper maintenance and care methodologies
Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Analyze operating processes to maximize efficiency
Maintain a clean work environment ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored
Qualification
Required
