Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the capital equipment industry
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product specifications and roadmaps
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and improve product offerings
Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain market leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in capital equipment or machinery manufacturing
Experience in a food and/or thermal industry
Strong understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
MBA preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
