Lead and develop a team of engineers and maintenance personnel
Drive process improvement, lean manufacturing, and automation projects
Manage technical projects and capital investments from conception to implementation
Ensure application and compliance with industry-standard core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
Maintain a strong floor presence to troubleshoot issues, support operations, and foster collaboration
Focus on integrating new technologies to enhance production efficiency and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within a high-volume environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a formal leadership or managerial role
Proven, hands-on expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
Strong working knowledge and application experience with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
Demonstrated experience with industrial automation and PLCs (Allen-Bradley platform experience is highly valued)
A verifiable track record of managing technical projects and capital investments
