Responsibilities
Assists with the establishment of the cost report breakdown with input from project team
Assists in the measurement/inputting of quantities in the cost report
Assists in the forecast cost variances on a monthly basis
Creates/prepares/maintains all project documentation including the following:
Correspondence
RFI’s
Logs
Submittals
Assists with the solicitation of competitive pricing for all materials purchased
Assists with confirming materials meet specification requirements
Assists with the preparation of the project schedule with input from project team
Assists with maintaining a current project schedule, updating weekly to track progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar field
2-5 years of hands on Project Engineering experience in residential or commercial construction
