They are seeking a skilled BAS/HVAC Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
Install and configure building automation systems and HVAC equipment
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems
Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to BAS and HVAC systems
Collaborate with other team members to design and implement energy-saving initiatives
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on BAS and HVAC systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a BAS/HVAC Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC principles
Familiarity with Niagara and Tridium platforms is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have Building Automation (BAS) - we use Niagara but all are welcome + HVAC experience to be considered
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Relevant certifications in HVAC or building automation preferred
