Deliver design, consulting, and Owner’s Engineer services
Work directly with utility clients and project stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers and support project execution
Contribute to proposals, strategy, and business development
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen or GC Holder required
10 years of experience
Active PE license OR ability to obtain PE within 1 year
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years Electrical Engineering experience
Strong background in utilities / power systems
Experience in consulting, design, or utility-facing roles
Preferred
Substations, T&D, renewables, or energy transition projects
Power system studies (ETAP, SKM, or similar tools)
Client-facing or advisory experience
