Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of private equity transactions, including preferred equity investments, leveraged buyouts, and add-on acquisitions
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, and financing arrangements
Advise clients on deal structuring and other strategic considerations
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on tax, finance, and regulatory matters
Maintain strong client relationships and oversee junior team members as needed

Required

JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
5–7 years of private equity experience at a leading law firm
Demonstrated ability to lead complex private equity and M&A transactions
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with the ability to work independently and directly with clients
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible to waive in
