Responsibilities
Stand up and lead the Business Analysis function from scratch
Partner closely with stakeholders to define business needs, workflows, and processes
Document requirements, processes, and operational improvements with minimal existing systems
Serve as a trusted advisor and “right hand” to leadership during early process development
Help introduce and standardize lightweight BA practices and documentation
Utilize Smartsheet for tracking, documentation, and process support
Operate effectively in a fast-moving hospitality environment with evolving priorities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with lead or standalone BA responsibilities
Strong experience using Smartsheet
Background in hospitality (hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel, or related)
Experience working in small or mid-sized organizations (not solely enterprise environments)
Comfortable operating with limited tooling, systems, and structure
Proven ability to build processes, frameworks, and documentation from scratch
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
