Part-Time Account Manager & Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Sixx Cool Moms is hiring a detail-driven Account Manager to own sponsor and advertiser accounts end-to-end and provide administrative support that keeps operations and scheduling running smoothly. This role requires ownership, follow-through, and proactive execution in managing client relationships and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Own assigned sponsor and advertiser accounts from onboarding through fulfillment
Track contracts, deliverables, timelines, renewals, and notes in the CRM
Ensure all deliverables are booked, scheduled, and completed on time
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and follow-ups
Proactively request assets, approvals, and next steps without being asked
Identify risks early and resolve them before they become problems
Maintain clean pipelines, trackers, and internal systems
Monitor booking links, forms, and self-scheduling tools
Support renewals and upsells on managed accounts (commission-based)
Ensure clean handoffs from sales into account management
Manage leadership calendars including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
Coordinate sales calls, sponsor check-ins, and internal meetings
Monitor inboxes and form submissions tied to sponsorships and sales
Handle light administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
Anticipate scheduling conflicts or gaps and resolve them proactively
Qualification
Required
Detail-driven with ownership and follow-through
Proactive execution in managing accounts
Ability to track contracts, deliverables, timelines, renewals, and notes in a CRM
Experience in client communication and follow-ups
Ability to request assets, approvals, and next steps proactively
Skill in identifying and resolving risks early
Experience in maintaining clean pipelines, trackers, and internal systems
Ability to monitor booking links, forms, and self-scheduling tools
Experience in supporting renewals and upsells on managed accounts
