Provide comprehensive legal advice, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with the relevant legal frameworks
Offer expert interpretation of complex laws, rulings, and regulations to our valued clients
Vigorously represent clients in various stages of litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard
Present at arbitration or mediation hearings, adeptly navigating complex legal landscapes
Conduct thorough legal research and gather pertinent evidence to strengthen cases
Prepare and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to legal standards
Lead and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, promoting an environment of collaboration, learning, and excellence
Foster innovative solutions, encouraging the team to think creatively and strategically
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience handling plaintiff's personal injury cases
Accredited Law School
Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
Team player
Preferred
Experience using a case management software highly preferred
