They are seeking a seasoned Chief Strategy Officer to lead corporate strategy, long-term growth planning, and strategic initiatives across investment, product, market expansion, and partnerships.

Responsibilities
Define and lead the company’s overall corporate and growth strategy across crypto, digital assets, and fintech businesses
Identify new market opportunities, business models, and strategic initiatives (e.g., trading platforms, asset management, Web3 infrastructure, tokenization, custody, compliance solutions)
Drive strategic planning, OKRs, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead strategic partnerships, M&A screening, joint ventures, and ecosystem alliances
Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regulatory landscape assessment
Support capital strategy, investor relations positioning, and strategic narratives for institutional stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ensure strategy execution
Build and lead a high-performing strategy and corporate development function
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on macro trends, regulatory risks, and industry shifts
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, fintech, or crypto/digital assets
Proven experience in building and executing corporate strategy in high-growth or complex regulatory environments
Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working with institutional investors, venture capital, private equity, or strategic corporate partners
Track record in strategic partnerships, M&A, or new business incubation
Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
Preferred
Prior executive or leadership role in fintech, crypto, or financial services is strongly preferred
