Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer success by deeply understanding client goals, value drivers, and technical environments
Translate business outcomes into clear functional and technical requirements for GenAI solutions
Serve as the primary strategic and technical point of contact, driving adoption and long-term value
Manage customer feedback loops to identify trends and influence product and roadmap improvements
Analyze usage metrics, model performance, latency, and costs to guide data-driven optimization
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure customer needs are met
Lead full SDLC engagement across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Gather and document requirements, converting business needs into technical specs and user stories
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks, dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
Recommend technical trade-offs to ensure scalability, security, reliability, and cost-efficient GenAI implementations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical program management
Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation fundamentals
Hands-on experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance, reliability, and cost trade-offs

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Experience deploying or integrating GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable AI systems
Hands-on experience with data pipelines, vector databases, or model fine-tuning
Proven ability to influence product direction through customer insights and technical expertise
