Responsibilities
Spend approximately 6 hours daily reviewing and processing license applications, renewals, and cancellations, and maintaining critical state databases
Dedicate about 2 hours daily acting as a licensing expert, advising internal agents/brokers on complex state requirements and the submission process
Research and implement changes in insurance licensing requirements based on new laws and regulations
Serve as the go-to link between the Licensing department and internal teams to quickly resolve license issues
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of proven combined administrative and customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
A passionate, driven, and engaging professional personality
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and use good judgment to resolve complex inquiries
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree and prior knowledge of financial services practices (e.g., annuities, mutual funds)
