Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team shaping cybersecurity systems for the Department of Defense, focusing on cutting-edge encryption and secure communication devices
Design security architectures and protocols, develop key management strategies, and work hands-on with advanced network equipment
Test mission-critical voice, data, and conferencing security solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Work at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, tackling complex and impactful challenges
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
Strong expertise in network protocols, cryptographic algorithms, and secure voice/data communication technologies
Hands-on experience with VoIP networks, IP security, and IP routing
Skilled in analyzing requirements and creating detailed test plans and procedures
CISSP certification (or similar professional credentials)
Preferred
Agile experience preferred
CCNA certification and familiarity with network equipment like Avaya switches, Cisco routers, and SIP Call Managers
Experience with 'black box' testing of encryption and secure communication devices
Proven ability to write technical documents, present complex concepts, and lead projects with minimal guidance
A passion for tackling diverse challenges in system security and delivering impactful solutions
