Responsibilities
Works from drawings, blueprints manufacturing specifications and procedures, quality procedures and instructions
Inspects for proper installations and integrity
Performs a variety of structural assembly and fastener operations
Inspects for proper fastener installation and edge distance requirements
Performs fitting and rework operations
Maintains necessary documentation and records
Qualification
Required
Must pass Fastener Plate Test in their reporting date
Must have 3+ years of aircraft structural/sheet metal experience
Must be able to work any shift – shift assignments given in orientation
Minimum 3+ years of experience in aircraft structural assembly in an aero structures manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or Accredited GED (Must show proof of HS or GED if offered a position)
Must be willing to work any shift (day/night), weekends and overtime if required
Preferred
Experience as Sealer a plus
