They are seeking a Lead Security Alarm Technician who will be responsible for installing and servicing various security systems and leading small crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Install and service CCTV/IP camera systems, access control, alarms, intercoms, PA systems, and network devices
Install and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber
Troubleshoot NVRs/VMS platforms, access control panels, door hardware, and PoE switches
Configure basic LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches
Lead small crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Work on residential and commercial sites throughout the Los Angeles area
Qualification
Required
4+ years of low-voltage/structured cabling installation
3+ years installing CCTV and access control
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service communication
Valid drivers license + clean driving record
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on ladders/heights
Must reside within 20 miles of Downtown LA
