Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
5–8 years of banking experience
5 years of lending experience, including commercial, consumer, and real estate lending (experience may be obtained concurrently depending on branch needs)
Comprehensive knowledge of sales, branch operations, and consumer lending
Working knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, cash management, loans, and other fee-generating offerings
Proven management and leadership capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Business development and relationship-building skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Excellent planning, organization, and sales abilities
