Responsibilities
Supervise nursing managers and chronic care management programs
Ensure adequate RN, LPN, and MA staffing and competency
Develop KPIs for staffing and performance metrics
Oversee nursing services, policies, and procedures
Manage infection control and occupational health protocols
Coordinate vaccine programs and regulatory compliance
Participate in regulatory survey readiness (Joint Commission, NCQA, DPH)
Review patient satisfaction surveys and incident reports
Support clinical quality initiatives and safety programs
Create onboarding and continuing education curricula
Foster professional development and staff retention
Implement nursing innovations and care delivery models
Qualification
Required
Education: Master's Degree preferred
Experience: 5+ years RN experience with 3+ years supervisory experience
Licensing: Current Massachusetts RN license required
Specialization: 3+ years primary care nursing experience
Management: 3+ years nurse management experience
Preferred
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole)
Primary care triage experience
Patient Centered Medical Home model knowledge
EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with diverse patient populations
Healthcare system management experience
