Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee relations
Lead complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations
Support recruiting for management and leadership roles
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Analyze HR metrics to improve programs and processes
Identify and support training and development needs
Partner with employees and leaders to drive engagement and retention

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including complex employee relations
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Preferred

SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred (or ability to obtain)
Manufacturing, utilities, or construction industry experience strongly preferred
