This role supports production and assembly operations at Hyundai Motor Group’s first dedicated electric vehicle mass-production facility, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Perform production and assembly tasks to meet safety, quality, and production standards
Rotate between workstations and operate hand and power tools
Inspect parts and report or correct defects
Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain production flow
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work overtime as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in an automotive manufacturing environment
Strong English communication skills
Reliable attendance and flexibility with job rotation and overtime
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs
Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments while wearing PPE
Preferred
Manufacturing or automotive experience
Mechanical or assembly-related skills
