Responsibilities
Set strategic direction for supply planning and financial planning teams to optimize inventory, cost structure, and logistics performance
Drive key financial outcomes by owning Return on Capital Employed, EBIT, and cash-flow performance indicators
Oversee capital planning and long-range profit planning processes
Build KPI frameworks and analytical models to guide long-term operational and investment decisions
Partner across all departments to align operational plans with strategic priorities
Mentor accounting and materials teams, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Develop and deliver executive-level business presentations and financial reports
Lead annual business planning activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
Maintain financial compliance and integrity across the organization
Champion the company’s long-term strategic roadmap through data, insight, and cross-functional leadership
Qualification
Required
Experienced supply chain or finance leader
Ability to shape strategy and improve performance
Strong cross-functional partnership skills
Experience in a manufacturing operation
Strong financial acumen
Ability to communicate exceptionally well across operational and executive teams
Experience in building and leading teams
Ability to improve systems, processes, and metrics
Formal education, training, and certification
Proven success in driving key financial outcomes such as Return on Capital Employed, EBIT, and cash-flow performance indicators
Experience overseeing capital planning and long-range profit planning processes
Ability to build KPI frameworks and analytical models
Experience in developing and delivering executive-level business presentations and financial reports
Ability to maintain financial compliance and integrity across the organization
