Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee and motivate field crews
Experience in landscape production, construction, or maintenance
Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management
Knowledge of landscape equipment, tools, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills when engaging with clients and teams
Ability to monitor and ensure the quality and efficiency of all operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
A degree in landscaping or related fields is a plus
Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
