AmeriCorps VISTA Educational Programming Coordinator
Military Child Education Coalition is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA member to help build our capacity to serve military-connected children and families facing educational barriers. As the Programming Coordinator VISTA, you'll spend a year developing research frameworks and program development systems to enhance educational resources for military-connected children.
Responsibilities
Design frameworks to evaluate current programs and identify gaps
Create stakeholder engagement processes to understand unmet needs
Develop internal planning tools and documentation systems
Build data collection and analysis protocols
Create program development templates and resource creation protocols
Design training frameworks that staff can use to build new materials
Establish quality assurance processes for program innovation
Develop knowledge transfer systems for long-term sustainability
Qualification
Required
Ability to design frameworks to evaluate current programs and identify gaps
Experience in creating stakeholder engagement processes to understand unmet needs
Skills in developing internal planning tools and documentation systems
Knowledge in building data collection and analysis protocols
Experience in creating program development templates and resource creation protocols
Ability to design training frameworks that staff can use to build new materials
Skills in establishing quality assurance processes for program innovation
Knowledge in developing knowledge transfer systems for long-term sustainability
