MCG The Agency is a 360 Creative House focused on sport, fashion, and culture, and they are looking for a Graphic Designer who can quickly adapt to various brands and execute high-quality design work. The role involves translating strategy into visuals, collaborating with creative teams, and managing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Design social graphics, brand assets, pitch decks, presentations, and campaign visuals
Translate creative direction and strategy into strong, on-brand design execution
Immerse yourself in different brand identities and quickly adapt your visual language
Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts, not just execution
Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and content teams
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of accountability
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
3+ years Graphic Design experience
Can easily work in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint (Illustrator or animations experience is a plus)
Fluent in working within brand systems across multiple brands, including fonts, color palettes, hierarchy, spacing, and overall visual architecture
Proven ability to design across a variety of brand standards simultaneously, shifting execution while maintaining consistency and integrity for each brand
Strong understanding of brand hierarchy and layout logic —knowing what leads, what supports, and how to structure visuals that feel intentional and elevated
Ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines precisely, not reinvent them, and understand when restraint is more important than personal style
Comfortable being thrown into the fire, moving quickly without sacrificing quality or taste
Confident working across multiple brands and aesthetics in a fast-moving environment
Highly organized, reliable, and accountable in a remote setup
Collaborative by nature, with the confidence to bring ideas to the table and contribute meaningfully
