Customer Service Representative - Onsite
Kelli's is a family-owned business that has been a leading wholesale distributor for over 40 years. They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order entry, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle 40–70 incoming service calls per day with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency
Consistently meet performance benchmarks in speed, accuracy, and volume
Process orders from fax, phone, email, web, and special accounts with accuracy and honesty
Handle credits, complaints, and adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction
Educate customers and upsell products to help them maximize value
Process backorders and track follow-ups to completion
Serve as phone receptionist when needed, routing calls to the right department and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of inbound call center or high-volume customer service experience (collections or upselling experience a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with 10-key by touch and keyboard shortcuts preferred
