Supervisor, Propulsion Manufacturing

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor propulsion technicians, and operators
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure projects align with company milestones
Supervise design, analysis, assembly, and testing of engines, thrusters, and fluid systems
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency
Coordinate propulsion test campaigns (component- and system-level hot-fires)
Ensure proper procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols are in place
Support troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, and root-cause investigations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
8+ years of experience in rocket propulsion systems (liquid engines, thrusters, or fluid systems)
6+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
6+ years of demonstrated knowledge of liquid propulsion fundamentals: injectors, turbomachinery, ignition, cooling, valves, and fluid handling
