Responsibilities
Performing mechanical assembly and basic wiring tasks (not wiring harnesses) in a hands-on production environment
Using hand and power tools to assemble, build, and wire components according to instructions
Reading and following assembly diagrams and work instructions with accuracy and precision
Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the team to meet production goals
Lifting up to 50lbs as part of your daily responsibilities and maintaining an organized workspace
Qualification
Required
Performing mechanical assembly and basic wiring tasks (not wiring harnesses) in a hands-on production environment
Using hand and power tools to assemble, build, and wire components according to instructions
Reading and following assembly diagrams and work instructions with accuracy and precision
Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the team to meet production goals
Lifting up to 50lbs as part of your daily responsibilities and maintaining an organized workspace
Have mechanical aptitude and are highly hands-on with assembly tasks
Can follow instructions accurately with strong attention to detail
Are reliable and punctual, with commitment to scheduled hours and overtime as required
Are able to safely lift up to 50lbs and work extended shifts when needed (currently 10-12 hour shifts)
Preferred
Have experience using basic hand and power tools in an industrial or production environment
