Sales & Growth Manager (Consultative/Part-Time)
Admissions Angle is a premier college admissions consultancy helping students navigate the complex journey from high school to their dream college. They are looking for a Sales & Growth Manager to lead discovery calls with prospective parents, build partnerships, and manage the CRM to drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities
Own the Discovery Call: You’ll lead 45-minute sessions with prospective parents, diagnosing their needs and selling the value of our strategic plan (the CCR)
Drive Growth: Spend 50% of your time identifying and building partnerships with parenting groups, adjacent industries, etc
Master the Handoff: Work closely with our COO and Head Mentor to ensure a seamless transition from the initial sale to the student’s academic kickoff
Manage the CRM: Maintain impeccable "pipeline hygiene" so we never miss a follow-up
Qualification
Required
3+ years in high-ticket sales, enrollment, or educational consulting
High-empathy communicator
Ability to build trust with high-net-worth families
Experience leading discovery calls
Ability to diagnose needs and sell value of strategic plans
Experience identifying and building partnerships
Ability to maintain impeccable CRM pipeline hygiene
Comfort discussing $10k+ service packages with sophisticated clients
Motivated self-starter
Empathetic listener
