Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting in accordance with approved hiring processes
Manage job postings and applicant flow across recruiting platforms
Conduct high-volume candidate screenings (30–45 per week)
Administer and review candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and reference checks
Prepare and process offer documentation and hiring paperwork
Support onboarding documentation and compliance steps
Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal systems
Ensure compliance with hiring restrictions and internal policies
Conduct recurring audits of recruiting documentation and records
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Comfort working independently in a remote, structured environment
Preferred
Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Experience with ATS platforms such as Criteria, Indeed, and Go High Level
