Responsibilities
Join a close-knit team of one physician and one APP
Target of 22+ patients per 10-hour shift
Enjoy both clinical independence and team support
Work alongside a cohesive team of one physician and one APP
Participate in procedural training (e.g., dermatologic procedures, toenail removals)
Provide care primarily in adult medicine with limited pediatric care
Maintain a stable, full-time position with a loyal patient base
Utilize EHR systems for patient management
Be adaptable and team-oriented in a busy clinical pace
Be available on Fridays for preferred shift options
Qualification
Required
Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Ideally a 'plug-and-play' provider who can hit the ground running
Open to new grads with the right fit and confidence
Must be comfortable using EHR systems
Adaptable, team-oriented, and ready for a busy clinical pace
Preferred
4x10-hour shifts
5x8-hour shifts
Spanish fluency is a plus (not required)
NextGen experience preferred, but not required
Local candidates preferred (no relocation assistance currently available)
