Inside Security Sales Executive
Stark Tech is a leading Security/AV/HVAC/ATC integrator in New England, currently seeking a full-time Inside Security Sales Executive in Salem, New Hampshire. The role involves partnering with outside sales and engineering teams to qualify opportunities, develop solutions, and manage the sales process for recurring revenue and service-related opportunities in the physical security domain.

Develop solutions
Generate accurate proposals
Manage the sales process for reoccurring revenue and small service-related opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Collaborative team player
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experience
Experience in physical security integration, low-voltage systems, or related technology industries
Experience in proposal creation
Experience with Salesforce
Working knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms (e.g., Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, etc.)
