Responsibilities

Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and related corporate transactions
Support private equity funds and financial institutions throughout the investment lifecycle
Provide high-quality legal service both independently and as part of a collaborative national corporate team
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients
Engage in professional development consistent with an on-track partnership role

Qualification

J.D.LL.M.M&A transactional experiencePrivate equity experienceCritical reasoningWritten communicationOral communicationOrganizational skillsAttention to detailTeam collaboration

Required

J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
Strong academic credentials and excellent critical reasoning abilities
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines, stay organized, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
Strong team collaboration skills
