Responsibilities
Supporting and leading the technical demands of the site's gas or chemical equipment
Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures
Emergency preparedness
Drive flawless execution
Providing technical support and problem resolution
Support and lead the technical challenges for over 2000 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors
Ensure compliance when writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures
Drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture
Involved in project and sustaining operations
Basic Safety Processes
Quality management
Preventative maintenance
Training
Support installing, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing all Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas, and Chemical systems
Perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems
Perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment
Undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs
Qualification
Required
Subject matter expert for gas, chemical, and slurry equipment
Ability to provide technical support and problem resolution
Experience with operation and maintenance procedures
Knowledge of emergency preparedness
Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Experience in writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures
Capability to perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems
Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment
Experience with installing, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas, and Chemical systems
Willingness to undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs
