Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of finance, loan processing, and credit analysis, with a track record of closing deals
Proficiency in regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and adhering to financial guidelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and financial institutions
Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively collaborate with the sales and finance teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with financial software and tools
Ability to work on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ, and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-focused service
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
Previous experience in automotive finance or dealership settings is a plus
