Responsibilities
Own the full accounting cycle for a defined portfolio of commercial properties
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage rent rolls, tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense recoveries
Record journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for month-end close
Support accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, lease amendments, and capital projects
Review lease abstracts and ensure accurate revenue recognition
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Partner closely with the Property Controller, Asset Management, and Operations
Support external audits and lender reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience with commercial real estate exposure
Strong understanding of GAAP and property accounting fundamentals
