Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – SIOP / IBP - Remote

Pioneer IT Systems is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to support a large-scale business transformation initiative for their client. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end exposure across Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), with a strong functional understanding of Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Produce (PTP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Responsibilities

Lead and support OCM activities across SIOP-driven transformation initiatives
Partner with business and functional teams to drive adoption across planning, manufacturing, and order management processes
Support change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies
Work across interconnected business processes including Order to Cash (OTC) and Plan to Produce (PTP)
Collaborate with planning, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) principles
Help bridge functional and process changes across planning, execution, and operations
Support user readiness and post-go-live adoption efforts

Required

Strong experience in Organizational Change Management for enterprise transformation programs
Hands-on exposure to SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) initiatives
Functional understanding of Order to Cash (OTC)
Functional understanding of Plan to Produce (PTP / Manufacturing)
Functional understanding of Planning for Orders and supply-demand alignment
Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts (direct module experience preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work across multiple, interconnected business domains rather than a single functional area
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Preferred

Experience supporting ERP or planning system implementations
Prior consulting experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning transformations
Familiarity with cross-functional planning models and end-to-end business processes

Benefits
