Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities
Assist customer-facing team members in delivering timely, professional customer service
Support back-end operational tasks, including:
Invoicing
Sending data requests
Client follow-ups
Proactively manage and track the order process from initiation through completion
Ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness across all assigned tasks
Apply product and service knowledge to support client needs effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of B2B client or customer service experience (highly preferred)
Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply information to client scenarios
Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
