Responsibilities
Engaging leaders at multiple levels and across organizations to accelerate safety risk decision-making and foster a proactive safety culture
Establishing and managing the governance structure that supports the SMS, including committees and working groups that enable effective decision-making
Creating, optimizing, and driving adoption of mechanisms to ensure long-term SMS success
Translating SMS principles into language that resonates with diverse audiences and building coalitions to implement safety management best practices
Building trust and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable, broad-scope results
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project Management experience
Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
Demonstrated experience identifying hazards and developing risk mitigations
Preferred
Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs
Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
Master's degree
