Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfaction

Leading, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team members

Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared to meet business demands

Coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations

Enforcing company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality

Assisting with inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting
