Responsibilities
Provide customer-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through the use of data-driven tools and proactive attention to customer requirements
Receive escalated customer concerns on technical and service-related problems
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures
Determine the most effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime
Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in electromechanical equipment
Ability to provide customer-site servicing, installation, and repair
High level of customer satisfaction through data-driven tools
Proactive attention to customer requirements
Positive customer interactions
Support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
Ability to diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
