Responsibilities
Manage all phases of select branding and interactive web projects for a diverse set of brands
Work closely with the Creative Director, UX, design, development and QA teams to ensure projects are running smoothly
Serve as the liaison between client and agency
Organize and lead project meetings, agendas, and design presentations
Assess partners' needs and adjust/improve our process to provide optimal service
Present and explain the overall design and related decisions on client calls and how our decisions achieve key objectives. Always showcasing our expertise and confidence in the process
Manage the client feedback and revision process to ensure efficiency and high-quality
Participate in intro calls and presentation calls with clients and potential clients
Keep track of advancements in digital project management, evolving best practices, applications, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
5+ years working as an eCommerce Specialist or website project manager
Attention to detail, organization & reliability
Critical thinking & excellent problem solving
A natural leader with positive energy & enthusiasm
Humility
Competent in leading interactive web & mobile projects
Tracking project time and scope diligently
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to self-start & work independently as well as in a team environment
High-quality standards and ability to contribute forward-thinking work
Preferred
Background in web design (not required but helpful)
