Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with HR software systems is a plus
