InternDayton Dutch Lions F.C. is a pre-professional soccer club based in West Carrollton, OH, and they are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Intern to manage the club's social media and marketing efforts for the 2025 season. The intern will be responsible for posting team content, conducting interviews, and developing marketing activations during the season.

Responsibilities
Post routine updates to our fan base such as lineups and score updates
Conduct post match interviews with players and coaches
Record content on game days for social media use
Develop and execute ideas for new and exciting content and other marketing strategies
In conjunction with sponsorship sales, deliver in-game promotional events and activities
Work with sponsors to become more engaged with their social media and vice versa
Able to fill in or assist with other game day staff roles, if needed
Qualification
Required
College student, or individual, pursuing a career in social media, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
Experience publishing on social media platforms specifically instagram and twitter
Proven ability to create new and unique content
Familiarity with basic Adobe Creative Suite or Canva functions
Strong graphic design background is also a plus but not required
Photography background is a plus but not required
Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
Strong time management skill and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and must be able to multitask and problem solve
Comfortability working in a fast paced environment
Must be willing to work long hours, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Work occasional off days events such as youth camps and player appearances
Preferred
Having a working knowledge of soccer is preferred but not required
