Responsibilities
Stewarding client projects from kickoff through delivery, including:
Ideation and early recommendations
Presentations and quotes
Purchase orders, production tracking, and on-time delivery
Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, suppliers, and teammates
Managing multiple projects at once, prioritizing intelligently as conditions change
Identifying risks early and escalating thoughtfully when needed
Acting as a primary point of trust for clients — helping them feel informed, supported, and confident even when plans are shifting
Being willing to pick up the phone when that’s the next right thing to do, whether to call a client or a vendor
Building client confidence because they know things are being handled—even when timelines are tight
Proactively suggesting product ideas, additional services, or approaches aligned with client goals
You’ll help shape how we show up to clients — creating first-pass ideas, lookbooks, or recommendations that help spark conversations and move projects forward
Qualification
Required
Experience in client account management or project management
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
Attention to detail and ability to balance creative thinking with execution
Experience in managing short timelines and adapting to changing priorities
Comfort with learning new technology tools and systems
Ability to work independently while being a strong team partner
Experience in roles such as event manager, talent manager, or client-facing project manager
Preferred
Experience supporting executives, client leads, or senior teams
Familiarity with branded merchandise or promotional products industry
Experience in a remote work environment
