Responsibilities
Drive all aspects of fundraising operations, from investor landscape development to data room management and internal cadence
Own company profitability: model margins, validate pricing assumptions, and lead cost-structure improvement efforts
Build pricing and business models that support go-to-market strategy, including volume, subscription, and value-based frameworks
Partner with sales, clinical, and ops to improve speed-to-cash and design scalable fulfillment workflows
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling tied to growth paths and capital strategy
Establish systems and processes across finance, reporting, and commercial operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in private equity or venture capital
Comfortable operating across strategy, finance, and operations
