Human Resources Coordinator
Confidential is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator/HR Specialist to support day-to-day people operations and office functions. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, providing employee support, and ensuring efficient office operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and ongoing check-ins
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, escalating issues as appropriate
Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Audit and maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation
Support and coordinate all-hands meetings, employee meetings, and internal communications
Screen incoming resumes and applications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support hiring managers and recruiting workflows to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Support all office functions, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Provide administrative and logistical support to executive staff as needed
Assist with basic tech support for employees (new hire setup, access issues, troubleshooting)
Support presentation creation and editing using PowerPoint and related tools
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in PowerPoint and comfort creating and editing presentations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
