Responsibilities
Leverage an existing "book of business" and network to source, vet, and hire the top 1% of RNs and NPs
Oversee daily in-person operations at our NYC offices, including local nursing fleet coordination and inventory logistics
Manage payroll (QuickBooks/Zenoti), staff scheduling, and state-by-state compliance (including medical board regulations and background screenings)
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as staff utilization, patient retention, and lead-to-booking conversion
Partner with the CEO to refine the tech stack (HubSpot, Zenoti, etc.) and automate workflows for scale
Qualification
Required
2+ years in an Operations or HR role, specifically within the luxury wellness, health-tech, or concierge medical sectors
Must be based in NYC and able to work in-person from our Manhattan and Brooklyn locations
A proven track record of clinical recruiting with a strong existing network of medical professionals
A 'no task too small' attitude with the ability to switch from high-level strategy to granular admin tasks seamlessly
