Responsibilities
Assist cardiologists during catheterization procedures, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety
Prepare and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment and sterile fields
Monitor patient condition and assist in emergency interventions as necessary
Document procedural details accurately in compliance with healthcare standards
Follow all protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
1+ year of Cath Lab experience
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required, or ARRT certification combined with a valid Texas license
Proven experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
Excellent knowledge of cath lab procedures and equipment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to handle on-call responsibilities every other week (7 days on, 7 days off)
