Responsibilities
Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures in a short-term acute care setting
Maintain sterile field and scrub as a technologist specializing in the Cath Lab
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
Adhere to hospital protocols including timely completion of required training modules
Float as needed within a 20-mile radius to sister facilities, supporting patient care across multiple hospitals
Participate in call rotations to provide after-hours coverage
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
1+ year of Cath Lab experience
Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
Must be nicotine-free
Negative drug panel including nicotine tests required
Willingness to float and work flexible schedules including potential call shifts
Local candidates accepted
Preferred
Minimum 18 months experience in cardiac catheterization technology; 2 years preferred
Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) preferred
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentials also highly valued
First-time catheter lab technologists are welcome to apply
