Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MRI scans with minimal supervision
Work independently within the ambulatory center float pool environment
Apply isolation precautions as necessary
Manage image post-processing and ensure accuracy of multiplanar reconstructions
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team to support patient care
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years MRI experience
EPIC electronic medical records experience required
Current ARRT-MR certification and BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Preferred
Minimum 5 years recent MRI experience
Proficient with GE MRI equipment
Strong experience in Abdomen/Pelvis, Chest, Head/Neck, Spine/Musculoskeletal imaging
Knowledge of Diffusion (non-brain), Perfusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, and Image Post-Processing techniques
Familiarity with Multiplanar Reconstruction, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, and T-1/T-2 Weighted Images
Preferred experience with Breast, Cardiovascular, and Maximum Intensity Projection imaging
Adult patient experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
